Marie Hassel is a Property Manager with the Sterling Development Company Inc, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As someone whose been in the real estate field for more than 24 years Marie's professional background is comprised of successes achieved by overcoming the hurdles and challenges that all entrepreneurs face, yet Marie's drive and pursuit towards success is enviable.
After becoming widowed, Marie started working for a preschool in the accounting department, where she quickly escalated. At the time, Marie's boss owned over 20 commercial properties, an opportunity that Marie recognized as one she could manage. Thus, Marie earned her broker's license and proliferated her business into what it is today.
Marie is a Certified Broker in Charge with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and a certified North Carolina State Paralegal with Duke University. Marie is also a former Toastmaster and a current member of the Christ Episcopal Church.
